Academic Qualification:
Graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2020, completed a postgraduate degree in Business Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in 2022, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate and Economic Activities Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
Areas of Practice:
Experienced in civil litigation, with a primary focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Member:
Member of the Legislative Affairs Committee, the Special Committee on Women, and the Special Committee on Judicial Reorganization, Extrajudicial Reorganization, and Bankruptcy of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Also, a member of the Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
